2. Turn off Samsung Voice Guide Via Home

To turn off Voice Guide, go to Home, visit the Settings. Then go to general. Under general, you click on accessibility, where you will see a voice guide to turn it off.

  1. Press Home Button on Samsung Smart Remote.
  2. Press the Left Directional pad button on the remote to navigate to settings.
  3. Open General option under Settings menu.
  4. Navigate to the Accessibility option by pressing the low side of the Directional pad and open it.
